Younger Toddler Class
Students who begin the school year as a one year old will be in the Red Bird class!
One year old focus: independence- self feeding, self soothing, self discovery, physical development, potty intro as children are ready
Two year old focus: social interaction and awareness- sharing, communicating and listening, exploration and imagination
Older Toddler Class
Students who begin the school year as a two year old will be in the Green Bird class!
Two year old focus: social interaction and awareness- sharing, communicating and listening, exploration and imagination
Three year old focus: intro to letters and numbers, play discovery, asking questions
Preschool Class
Students who begin the school year as a three-year-old will be in the preschool class, the Blue Birds!
Three year old focus: intro to letters and numbers, play discovery, asking questions
Pre-K Class
Students who begin the school year as a four-year-old will be in the preschool class, the Yellow Birds!
Four year old focus: concrete letters and numbers, pre-reading, writing, with plenty of variety to peek interest and motivate learning
Part-time Preschool Class
Students who are three and four will be in the preschool class, the Orange or Purple Birds!
Three year old focus: Orange birds: intro to letters and numbers, play discovery, asking questions
Four year old focus: Purple birds: concrete letters and numbers, pre-reading, writing, with plenty of variety to peek interest and motivate learning
School Age Care
Students from kindergarten through fifth grade during the school year are welcome in our school age care! The Gray Birds class will be available before and after school, and all day during the summer. All four South Western School District elementary schools will provide bussing to and from the facility!
